The Clusters Complex application is now available at a new sale price of $24.99, reduced from its regular price of $34.99. Additionally, an extra 50% discount is offered when purchasing with volume or educational discounts.

This tool is designed to target the ten most challenging consonant clusters, including three-element complexes and intricate two-element clusters. It features 968 photographs representing 88 target words, along with 440 phrases and 440 sentences crafted to support phonological development. The app allows children to select preferred themes, such as animals, activities, or sports, which may enhance engagement. A randomization feature presents stimuli in a mixed order to promote generalization. Moreover, children can self-monitor their progress and access brief reward videos following successful attempts, potentially motivating ongoing participation.

Speech-language pathologists can utilize built-in data collection tools, including audio recordings of responses, which can be exported via email or backed up onto a computer or device. Progress tracking over time provides valuable insights into each child's development.

All vocabulary within the app was carefully chosen to include targets with early-developing sounds positioned in the medial or final parts of words. For example, words such as “squad,” “squeaky,” and “squeeze” feature initial /skw-/ clusters, while excluding distractors like "square" or "squabble" that contain final sounds which might detract from the primary focus on initial clusters. Phrase and sentence selections are also intentional; they predominantly contain early-developing sounds to facilitate concentration on the target clusters. For instance, the phrase “white floppy hat” emphasizes the /fl-/ cluster amidst surrounding early sounds, thereby creating an optimal learning context.
